Our maintenance service is warranty approved and performed by a licensed HVAC technician for $120 including filter. Have your furnace serviced at same time for an additional $99. We go beyond the basic requirements to maintain a warranty and ensure you’re maximizing the energy efficiency of your equipment.

We provide maintenance and repairs on all makes and models of central air and ductless mini split systems. Service once a year is recommended to keep units running efficiently and to detect any leaks early. If a unit is still under warranty, annual routine service is required in order to keep it active.

Our detailed service process ensures you’re gaining maximum efficiency out of your cooling system.
Our inspection includes but is not limited to:

  • Checking thermostat connections and function
  • Checking and replacing filter
  • Checking voltage and amp draw of compressor and fan motor 
  • Contactor and capacitor Checks 
  • Performing a full cooling cycle of the home to test the temperature drop across the coil 
  • Checking condensate drain for function and any blockages
  • Cleaning indoor and outdoor coils for dirt and dust
  • Inspection of outdoor AC condenser from inside service panel
  • Checking superheat and subcooling to determine how the system is performing

When to Call an Air Conditioning Technician for Repairs

At the first sign of issues, we recommend first checking your thermostat, changing your filter, and making sure there aren’t any items obstructing your supply and return air vents. If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, we’re happy to help.

Once these items are checked and the issue still isn’t fixed, it may be time to contact a licensed HVAC technician. When dealing with gas and electricity, a cautious approach should be taken.
